Cupcake Craft Challenge 48

I almost forgot to make this post (schedule it) as I'm so caught up in the fact that it's by birthday. Hehe. I'm such a baby when it comes to things like this!

BUT, as Donna has taken over the Cupcake Craft Challenge blog we can still play on every Monday and this Monday Liza has set the challenge and she wants to see BLOSSOMS & BUTTERFLIES. And I wanted to make something bright and this it how it ended up:

Inside is a spiral that opens up when you open the card and folds back together when you close it

I have used Bazzill CS, Basic Grey DP, Prima Build a Frame stamp set (butterfly), Ladybug and Friends sentiment stamp, Kort & Godt sentiment on the inside, QK butterfly, pink butterfly from Nille and blue & green ink.

Jeg vil også slenge inn dette kortet til Sukkersøtt sin sommer utfordring #1 hvor tema var nettopp sommer, og disse friske flotte fargene syns jeg passer fint til det :)

Thanks for the early birthday wishes I have gotten during the last couple of days and everyone that's coming and for the mail, lovely cards and gifts! I'm just like a kid when it comes to birthdays so I'm LOVING it! :)

Just Magnolia & Simon Says

I keep saying I should join Just Magnolia every week, but my time is just not cutting it. But this weekend I have finally made it! And as my birthday is on the 13th and this is challenge week 13 I'm hoping this will bring me luck! ;) I also combined the card with the Simon Says to paper piece. So this is my entry for the two challenges:

I have used Bazzill CS, Treehouse Memories DP (Natalie's Beauty Parlor), Martha Stewart border punch, polka tyll(?!?), flowers from stash sprayed with Glimmer Mist, Magnolia stamp colored with ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Ivory, Sandstone, Cinnamon, Yellow, Rose Pink and Blender, Rub on from Melissa Frances.

Sukkersøtt Sommer #2

Sukkersøtt is having a summer challenge even though they are all on holiday. I have made a card for the first challenge to, but cannot show it to you until Monday as I mixed it up with the Cupcake Craft Challenges design team card (yes I know, I'm crazy!!) but what I can show you is the card for challenge no. 2 which is to lift something that the DT ladies have made. So I looked around the blogs and saw a envelop card I wanted to make. (lidea liftet by Carina) I loved making one for Line Maria's confirmation so I wanted to give it another go and this is how it turned out:

I have used 3ndypapir DP, Prima lace, Ladybug & Friends sentiment stamp, cut out with QK oval nestie, bling from Prima (thanks to my brother for the wonderful gift that included Prima blings, wee), metal charms from stash (key is from a candy I won @ Brita's blog), prima flowers and leafes (that I won at a scrapbook class with Ania @ Bikuben) and tie lace from stash.

Friday Sketchers - 60

Mom & Dad got my Uncle Frode a birthday gift, but we have not seen him since so he will be getting it on Sunday when they come over for coffee and cakes to celebrate my birthday! So I made a card to match the dressed up bottle that the "kids" got him. And for that I used the Friday Sketchers sketch and this is how it turned out:


I have used Bazzill CS, MME DP, Hänglar stamp colored with ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Pastel Green, Meadow Green, Apricot, Sandstone, Cinnamon and white pen for outlining and masked to get the Magnolia flowers in the background in it to, flowers was a gift from Lena Katrine, metal charm from stash, QK leafs and round corner punch.
