Connie challenged me to use a artsy background on one of my "cute" cards as she called it. And here is my attempt. Let's hope I get a pass on it when she is back from New Orleans! ;)
The background is made with two different glimmer mist, distress (and mini misters) and some household glad-pack
I'm entering this card into this weeks challenge at the LOTV blog where the theme is "Anything goes"
