Passion for Promarkers Week 15

Welcome to this weeks Passion for ProMarkers Challenge. I cannot believe how fast time is flying by seeing this is week 15. I remember being suuuuper excited about the launch and keeping the secret of becoming a DT member :)

This weeks challenge is a theme - GIRLY & GLITTERY
and this weekend when I was up in the mountains at my Aunt's house I made this box with both Bazzill bling paper and loads of stickles glitter! :)

Friday Sketchers - 60

Mom & Dad got my Uncle Frode a birthday gift, but we have not seen him since so he will be getting it on Sunday when they come over for coffee and cakes to celebrate my birthday! So I made a card to match the dressed up bottle that the "kids" got him. And for that I used the Friday Sketchers sketch and this is how it turned out:


I have used Bazzill CS, MME DP, Hänglar stamp colored with ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Pastel Green, Meadow Green, Apricot, Sandstone, Cinnamon and white pen for outlining and masked to get the Magnolia flowers in the background in it to, flowers was a gift from Lena Katrine, metal charm from stash, QK leafs and round corner punch.

Trykkpressa - Juni 09

At the first of every month Ett Trykk (a fab norwegian magazine for card makers and scrappers) have a challenge (Trykkpressa), and I always say I'm going to have my card ready early, but everytime its in at the very end of the challenge. Its like doing homework, hehe. But this time I'm a day earlier then I usually am so with no further due, here's my card for the June challenge:


I have used Bazzill CS, 3ndypapir DP (got some more at Den Blå Høne last week, yummy stuff), hänglar image colored with ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Lemon, Soft Lime, Ruby, Sandstone, Cinnamon, Cocco, Mustard and Gold. The lace is from stash, flowers are from Prima, metal charm, filt text from a class kit, the small letters are from ADORNit (cheap, hihi) and the little brown thingys stiking out from the flowers is some old stash from my Aunt, and clear glitter glue to make it sparkle a bit!

After doing the PfP challenge using Lemon I was left with such a summer feeling (the sun and 25C + outside maybe helped to) so I wanted to make a summery card for one of the gifts I'm giving away for the Pay it Forward deed. And I forgot how cute this häglar image was so just had to use ut again :)

Passion for ProMarkers Week 5

After the rain comes the sun, and mighty it has. The weather has been gorgeous here in Gjerdrum. But no matter how nice the weather is, theres always some time to craft. So let me bring your this weeks challenge at Passion for ProMarkers:

Lemon & Meadow Green.

Here's my take on the challenge:


I really fell for these colors and don't be surprised if the color combo comes up again!

For this card I have used Bazzill CS, Prima DP, Hänglar stamp colored with ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Ivory, Lemon, Soft Lime, Meadow Green, Cool grey 1,2,3,4 and 5. Rubon from Melissa Frances, Stamp from Kreativ Hobby, Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch, blond from Brita, ribbon colored with Meadow Green from stash, White star from Brita (I won her candy with yummy stash) and mulberry flowers.

Dies to Die For

Wow, I just looked at the time and it's late. Should get to bed soon. But just wanted to show you a confirmation card I made for a friend of my Grandmothers (she has so many friends I cannot keep up, hehe). This one I made with a sketch from Dies to Die For. Dies to Die For is a sponsor of the first ProMarkers challenge so make sure you check them out!!

I flipped the sketch and this is how it turned out:


For this card I have used Bazzill CS, Pretty Please DP, pink swirls from Prima, flowers from IKEA and stash, the big once are colored with rose pink ProMarker, ribbon from stash also colored with PM, stamp from Hänglar and sentiment from North Star Stamps. Image is colored with ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Ivory, Sandstone, Cool Grey 3, Apricot and Mustard

Cupcake Craft Challenge 41 - 2-2-2

Its Monday again and that means time for a new challenge at the Cupcake Craft Challenge blog. This weeks its Erin who set the challenge, in honor of her little girls birthday her challenge is to make a card with 2 colors, 2 shapes and 2 ribbons (and if you want to add any more embellishments that is perfectly okay) So for my card I have used: A rectangular shape, an oval shape, two ribbons (I colored the big one to match my card), 2 flowers on the front with 2 brads, 2 purple papers, 2 light turquise papers, 2 oval papers. I think I managed to get in some extra 2's there! :) I have colored my hänglar image with ProMarkers, I also used the ProMarker pens to color my ribbon. I hope you like it and will join us at CCC for this creative challenge!

Cupcake Craft Challenge 39 - Card for a man/boy

This weeks challenge is to make a card for a male/boy. And o'boy that was hard. I twisted my head and figured I'd peek it as simple as I could which made it even harder. Hehe. But there is a birthday man coming up and he is not a fan of all the decorations so it will come to good use! :)

For the card I used a Hänglar stamp, Bazzil & Kaiser Craft papers, sentiment rub-on and stamp from Norsk Stempelblad, flower from a local shop and a old ribbion from stash.

2S4Y DT CALL

Laura and Kazan has given me permission to show you the cards I made for the DT Call at 2 Sketches 4 You. I love their blog and their sketches are my fave. And they always leave such heart warming comments!

This is a small gift bag that I made for my friend Beate, she has just started making cards so I wanted to give her some stamped images, so I filled the bag up with that as she was VERY happy to receive it. I'm so in love with the colors on this bag (as you might have noticed) they are just so warming!!

For the other sketch I made a 15x15 card for a friend that makes me smile. I haven't given it away yet, so one of you watching this might just be the one to get it! ;)

So I'm crossing my fingers, legs and anything that can be crossed that I make the DT. It would be such a joy and adventures. I love the 2S4Y challenges and all the DT girls are so creative and inspiring!! Wish me LUCK!! :)

Cupcake Craft Challenge 35 - 1 Layer

Good morning everyone (Yes its almost noon and I just got up, but its the last day of easter break so I had to sleep in, hihi) Since its Monday again that means a new card for me to show you. This weeks challenge at Cupcake Craft Challenge was to make a card with only one layer other then your card stock and image. And it was a hard one, I surfed the web, tutorilas and everything before I decided to try out the beautiful Build-a-Frame stamp set that Joachim got me some weeks ago and I masked and stamped and colored a whole day I think. Since I don't aim to well, there were alot of way off resultats until I was pretty OK happy with the result! :) The angel on the card is a hänglar cuteii! I have colored the image with ProMarkers.

Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 51

I made these two cards with the sketch from Cute Card Thursday. Its their 1st anniversary so pop on over and check out their fab prices this week!! :)

I'm giving these away next weekend for some twin friends of mine! Looking forward to the party :) There's going to be loads of summer friends there, I usually only see them during summer time when we go to old beetle shows during the season. And in the winter time we all just stay inside :p

Sketch and Stash Challenge # 5

Today I made a card for the Sketch and Stash Challenge. I'm feeling purple so the color had to be purple. Didn't have time to take a great photo so you'll have to be with a quick one :)

Went to the chiropractor today for the fourth time and feel that the dizziness is getting better! So happy to find out it wasn't a virus but something that could be fixed with a hand full of chiropractor appointments! :) If only my stomach could have been fixed after a few appointments I will be one healthy happy camper! :) But we can't have it all. Kazan's Sketch 20 - 2S4Y

I kveld har Joachim okupert stua og kjøkkenet med softbox prosjektet sitt så da rømte jeg litt inn i hobby hula mi! Jeg fikk laget ett God Bedrings kort og rotet til plassen min ennå litt mer. Evig kaos i hobby hula, men det fine er jo at jeg ikke trenger å rydde vekk når jeg er ferdig, jeg kan bare skyve stolen inntil og slukke lyset! :)

Bildet er tatt mot hvit bakgrunn og på en glassplate for å få gjennskinnsefekten. Den nye 50mm og eksterne blitzen var virkelig verdt pengene!

Trøtt ja :)

Nå har jeg blitt litt demotivert så blir ett kjedelig kort so avsluttning på dagen for meg. Imorgen er det full rulle, jeg skal lage ett par porsjoner med vannbakels til Bestemor sin 86 års feiring og Morsdag, her tar vi alt i en smell.

Ble ikke noe fornøyd med dette kortet men skit samma tenkte jeg å sendte det inn. :) God natt alle sammen! :)

The NOOK Virtual Crop

Ja da var jeg endelig igang med utfordringene, jeg har gjort to så langt og legger ut bilder av de. I tillegg har vi alle hatt oppdrag med å måke idag, Joachim freste hele plassen og måkt litt på terrassen til bestefar så han får matet fuglene! Kjenner det på kroppen så nå bare koser jeg meg hjemme alene med varm sjokolade, te og snop! :) Det er helt utrolig hvor mye snø det har kommet. Skal ta noen bilder imorgen for nå er det så mørkt ute og jeg er ikke noe flink til å ta bilder i mørket, ikke uten stativ iallall :) God helg til alle, håper dere koser dere masse!! :)

Sukkersøtt utfordring #22 Skisse #6

Etter skisse fra Anne Kristine har jeg laget dette kortet til bestefar som fyller 92 år imorgen. :)
Har prøvd meg på å maskere litt, turte ikke gjøre så altfor mye men nå er jeg igang med maskering også og det var slettes ikke så dumt :)

Materiale: bazzil kartong, chatterbox DP, prima blomster, blonde og ripsbånd, hänglar gutt, ramme og hilsen fra hjerte fra norsk stempelblad, knappenål fra plantasjen, rød scrappersfloss, bling fra prima og bokstaver fra making memories.

Farsdag

Farsdag er jo på søndag så da har jeg laget ett lite enkelt kort til Pappa'n min! På morgen runden innom et hav av blogger så jeg at blant annet Anne Kristine haddet laget nok et delikat kort, og denne gang til sukkersøtt skisse, så jeg tenkte jeg kunne prøve meg på å lage etter skisse. Her er mitt resultat. Er ikke helt nøjd, for hadde ikke "formen" idag. Men det blei da noe :)

På kortet har jeg brukt lys blå, brun og beige bazzil, basic grey mønster ark, kaiser craft bling, brunt ripsbånd, sølv brad, blå dymo bånd, QK nesting sirkler, QK Blossom alfabet, Hänglar gutt, lePlum og Distress refil til å farge med, ColorBox: Creamy Brown til å sverte kanter med.

Bursdags kort!

Det er alltid noen som har bursdag! :) Denne gangen er det tante Anne og Henriette, og jeg har laget disse kortene til de! :) Til Henriette har jeg prøvd meg på papirpose kort og det syns jeg egentlig var litt kult, så sånn blir det nok mer av! Til tante Anne sitt ble jeg veldig inspirert av et julekort som Kari hadde laget.

Guttekort!

Nabo'n fikk en gutt 1 oktober og til vår gave har jeg laget dette kortet. Endelig har jeg fått ett guttestempel! Så masse gratulerer til Maria & Thomas med en flott gutt!!
