Tove har hatt stor produksjon av egg og i vente på våren ønsker hun å gi bort ett til en heldig vinner, og jeg syns egget var SÅ nydelig at jeg må slenge meg med i trekningen i håp om at jeg blir den heldige vinner. Back from London

I just got back from London this evening and what a response to my celebration candy! Good thing I have three prices. My trip was great, but my feet are killing me, I must have walked a hundred miles, hehe. But the Volkswagen show was great and I had a blast with my friends. I got some more ProMarkers too, so now I can practice making shadows.

There was more good news when I got home this afternoon, I'd gotten a parcel in the mail from my Aunt Grete with some lovely flowers and I had made the Top 5 list over at CCC with my Monster Card. The card has gotten the most comments after the candy post I think. I also got a mail with my first challenge for the CCC, so I cant wait to get started. Check out the new layout for the blog and the sketch challenge for this week as well.

I have to get to some dinner now, but I will be back later tonight with a selection og photo's from the trip! :) I try to visit all the blogs and people that enter in the candy and I must remind you that you DON'T qualify if you ONLY put the candy on the sidebar.

In the last week comments have been poring in and I just want to say THANK YOU all so much, they really warm my heart and put an extra smile on my face :)

Today I took a test shoot with the settings Joachim set for me on the EOS400 that I'm taking to London tomorrow, I'm not the best photographer so I needed some help from my tutor for taking car pictures inside. Therese & I are going a old Volkswagen show in Esher, just outside of London. We are staying until Monday so that we do some sightseeing while we are there to. I found a art supply store that sell's ProMarker pens cheap so I plan on storing up both for my self and my friend Beate (who just started making cards, to my big joy)

Today I have to pack for my London trip tomorrow, I'll be away until Monday. I will try to make a butterfly card for a challenge over at Ett Trykk magazine, its due today so I have to hurry up. And also I'm making invitation for a nameparty, but I think I'll just cut the papers today and fnish them when I get back. Monster Card

Over CCC this weeks challenge is to make a card with monsters. Non scary once offcourse. Hehe. So I used this weeks sketch from 2 Sketches 4 You and make this silly little card! I printed the cookie monster on my computer and colored it with my ProMarkers, I was afraid that the printer ink would bleed but it worked perfectly. So now I'm confident that I can download coloring pages online and color them with my ProMarkers :) (I printed it on the Letraset paper for ProMarker pens) The sentiment is from a norwegian stamp set from Norsk Stempellblad. Here's the card:



The design paper is from a Norwegian company called 3ndypapir. They have a new line that was released this weekend at the Crafting Show I went to, and I love them. If you want to see their line and find out where to get them go to 3NDYPAPIR's blog!

Since this card is pretty simple and clean I'll submit it as my second card to the clean and simpel challenge over at Sukkersøtt. :)

Superfast card

Had to make a superfast card between making the candy post and in 3 min being at a b-day party. This card is from my grandparents to their great grandchild Alex who is turning 7 on wednesday. He wanted to celebrate at my grandparents place so we are all going there for some yummy cakes right now! I hope there's not going to be cake at the twins B-day party later tonight cause then my stomache cant take it :p Anyways here's the card:



Bought the monkey stamp today, its from a norwegian company called Scrappemagasinet. And it fits Alex well, since he can be a little monkey sometimes. :)

CUPCAKE CRAFT CHALLENGE DESIGN TEAM!

As I told you yesterday today I had some great news for you. I have made the Cupcake Craft Challenge Design Team!!!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :) The funny thing is that my Aunt Mette told me that she had visioned me being on a DT some time during 2009, and for that reason I have thought to my self, why not submit some work when I see openings for new DT positions. And it was share luck that I found Cupcake as I surfed thru some other blog, but boy am I happy I did :) My first entry will be shown at the CCC at April 6th. Home alone = A b-day card =)

Made a card tonight as Joachim is away at a hockey match with his father. Used the sketch at Charisma Cardz. Cardstock is Bazzill, Design paper is Chatterbox scrap from the b-day card in a previous post this week. Stamp is from Magnolia and the background in unknown. Rub-ons from Norsk Stempelblad, flowers from Nille and the mulberry flowers I forgot, they are not Prima, that I know. Hehe. Also used the Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch. And creamy brown ink on the paper edges. Colored the Magnolia stamp with ProMarkers. At the sukkersøtt blog, this weeks challenge is to keep it clean and simple. Do you think this is clean and simple enough?? I'm really unsure if I can submit it or not. Let me know if you think I should submit it or not!! :)

Sketch and Stash Challenge # 6

First of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my
cousin Line Maria and to my Aunt Marianne!

Let's hope they don't snoop around this weekend and see this card ;) I made this for Marianne using a sketch from Sketch and Stash Challenge. The stamps I have used I have no idea where are from, the bakcground stamp is my mothers and the lady stamp is a stamp that came in a box of a 100 stamps all from unknown fabricators. I have masked the lady and stamped the background "around" her. The cardstock is Bazzil and the design paper is from Chatterbox (my all time fave!!)

Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 51

I made these two cards with the sketch from Cute Card Thursday. Its their 1st anniversary so pop on over and check out their fab prices this week!! :)

I'm giving these away next weekend for some twin friends of mine! Looking forward to the party :) There's going to be loads of summer friends there, I usually only see them during summer time when we go to old beetle shows during the season. And in the winter time we all just stay inside :p

Pink :)

For valentines I had bought some pink roses at my fave shop (Ask Antikk & Interiør) and here's a picture of them, I love roses and I love pink. I cant wait for the snow to melt so that I can take care of my tequilla roses I have outside my living room window. The picture has a bit of noise in it as it is shot at ISO 1600, but I think it gives it a old feeling. :) Hope you like them:)

Memories

Here's the album that I made for Joachim's mother. We are going to his parents house as soon as I post this message for you :) I got to use a lot of scraps since not not all of the pages are the same size. I've been trying to use scraps and not use my new unused papers lately. And we all know there's A LOT of scraps in this craft. :) Anyways here's the album. Hope you like it.

Sunday project

Yesterday I made a album for Joachim's mother, its her birthday today so I wanted to give her something with pictures that Joachim has taken during the past year. And here is a sneak peak of the result :) I tried taking some photo's of it but the colors and everything just turned out so bad, so I'll wait for Joachim to come home so that he can take the shoots.

Pink Gem Is Celebrating :)

Janet is celebrating her 1 year anniversary by giving away four stamps of your choice from her line of stamps. Hege feirer 15000 besøk :)

Hege har litt sukkertøy hun ønsker å dele ut på bloggen sin. Det gjør hun fordi hun har hatt 15000 besøk på bloggen sin. Jeg fant bloggen hennes ved ren tilfeldighet og fikk øye på ett bilde av hennes far som jeg viste hvem var og at vi kom jo fra samme sted! Så det var litt gøy. Og fra da ble jeg en fast følger. Ikke alltid like flink til å legge igjen spor, men spandrer litt kommentarer i ny og ne. Hege lager utrolig mye fine LO'r, det er alt fra sukkersøtt til røffere gutte LO'r, selv om hun sier hun ikke er så god på gutte LO'r så kan jeg ikke si meg helt enig for resultatene er til å skryte av :D

Friday Sketchers - Kristines Sketch

Here's a card I made for Friday Sketchers. The sweet Kristine has made this weeks sketch so I had to join, and the sketch was so great leaving room for creativity. I made some bad stamping on this one so I had to cover it up with some flowers on the left hand, I was too tired to do it all over again. Hehe. But anyways, here it is:

Yesterday there was a winter activity day at the kindergarten I'm at this week and all the adults and kids were still tiered today. Sketch and Stash Challenge # 5

Today I made a card for the Sketch and Stash Challenge. I'm feeling purple so the color had to be purple. Didn't have time to take a great photo so you'll have to be with a quick one :)

Went to the chiropractor today for the fourth time and feel that the dizziness is getting better! So happy to find out it wasn't a virus but something that could be fixed with a hand full of chiropractor appointments! :) If only my stomach could have been fixed after a few appointments I will be one healthy happy camper! :) But we can't have it all.
