Cupcake Craft Challenge 55

Its Monday and Cupcake Craft Challenge time again! This week we have a recipe for you to use, we want to see 3 BUTTONS, 2 PATTERN PAPERS and 1 RIBBON. This was a tricky one for me, but with some creative help from my Aunt I managed to get it together! :)

Cute Card Thursday - New beginnings

This weeks challenge over at CCT is new beginnings, and since I had promised my neighbour to make a wedding card for them this was a great oppertunity to get my crafty but in gear! And this is how it turned out:

This weeks challenge is to make something sweet with the optional extra of having a cupcake on your project. So I had seen these gorgeous cupcakes made by Hilde and Bibbi and just had to give it a go. In lack of a round ball I used some old stocking to fill the cup with ;p And this is how my very first cupcake turned out served with coffee:

I have used MME pattern paper, some ribbon from my stash, old flowers and LOADS of glue. A tutorial of how to make this sweet thing can be found HERE.

Woo Hoo I WON!!

Look at this yummy stash I won when Carina picked my card for one of the Sukkresøtt celebration challenges. And the beautiful card was also in the pack. Slug Bug Meet

On Wednesday I went to a local slug bug meeting and I found these photo's that Even Kristian Mangerud took of my car. The longer I have this car, the more I love the colour! :) Check out Even's Flickr page, he has taken a great photo of Joachim's old car Rostfrei to.



Tomorrow I'm off to another meet at Lillestrøm Trog, bringing my Dad. What he does not know is that I'm stopping at a craft store to get some envelopes for all the slug bug cards I'm making at the moment. ;) I'll be selling them at a Volkswagen show next weekend.

Sukkersøtt Jubileumsutfordring #3

Hoping this airs just in time for the challenge end at 22:00. Challenge #3 was to make a card that defines you as a cardmaker or just use the stash that you favor. So I have used some stash I favor, brads, Martha Stewart punch, Creamy Brown ink, flowers with a cruel, ProMakres pens - ohh me love!, my new Sugar Nellie - Demure stamp (Thanks Denise!!!) QK, and ribbons. I also wanted to use some stamps from Stempelglede and some metal charms (n half pearls for this one seeing as I have the brads not to sure how they would match) but I had to time as seeing the deadline was at 22:00.


Also I have not added a sentiment, as of my lack of time, so if you have any suggestions to where I should put it, please leave me a comment! :)

Sukkersøtt Jubileumsutfordring #1

The second challenge at Sukkersøtt celebrations challenge was to make a folding card with your own twist! And I had a dream about a folding card the other day but cannot remember how it looked, shoot. So I have twisted my brain and came up with this:

Front side
Half way open
Layed down and open
Card fully open

Its a fun fold card and my twist is the inside panel falling down when you open the card, and displays three gorjuss girls. This card was much more time demaning then I had thought. I also choose to use yellow and brown as this is not a combo I use very often :)

• Stamps: Sugar Nellie - Gorjuss Girl Set 2, Kort & Godt - Fødselsdag. Autum Leaves - Swirls
• Pattern Papers: Daisyd's Paper
• Embellishments: Half Pearls, Lace from stash, Pearl Glimmer Mist.

• Medium: ProMarkers: Blush, Dusky Pink, Ivory, Mustard, Gold, Sandstone, Cinnamon, Cocco and Cool Grey 1. White Opaque Pen.
